| HOW TO USE THIS SITE, REGISTER, LOGIN ETC
In order to view and post adverts you need to register to become a member of Eastex. To do this click on the 'Register' tab at the top of the page. The registration form only takes a minute or two to complete. Once registered then click on the 'Members' tab, here you can enter your login details. You are then taken to the members page where you can create adverts, or if you just wish to browse current adverts click on 'Materials Available' which is in the top right hand corner of the page. Any questions or problems contact your local coordinator. If you do make an exchange please do get in touch to let us know the details as we have to keep a record of all exchanges made. Please also take the time to delete your advert once you have disposed of or sourced the item/s.

| EASTEX SHORT-LISTED FOR HONOURS IN THE EDIE AWARDS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL EXCELLENCE!
This event is the first to recognise and reward the expertise in the field of consultancy that guides the most significant environmental policies and actions in the UK and beyond. Three of the organisations that run Eastex across the East of England are consultancies and have made it to the final six in the Waste and Recycling category. We will be competing against the likes of Coca-Cola, Anglian Water and the Environment Agency. The awards will be presented at a gala dinner at London’s Natural History Museum on November 13th 2008. Wish us luck!

| BUILDING A GREEN BUSINESS - THE GREEN CONFERENCE & EXHIBITION!
Are you concerned about the environment?

We have great speakers for the day and a chance to view our exhibition that will be running throughout the day.
Guest speakers for this event include Celebrity TV personality Dick Strawbridge who is known for presenting Scrapheap Challenge and It Isnt Easy Being Green. Dick will be speaking about his experiences in moving house to the Malverns in Cornwall and developing an eco-living.
We are also delighted to have Anthony Day presenting the Climate Change facts for businesses.
There will be further presentations and workshops including ideas on engaging employees to tackle in-house initiatives and looking at environmental considerations. We guarantee you will leave the event with a host of strategy ideas, information and hints and tips.
